Terms of service

These terms apply when you use www.prathamrana.com or book a session or service with Pratham Rana ("I", "me"), an individual based in Noida, India. By booking, you agree to them.

Services

• Business discovery calls: free 30-minute video calls to discuss a potential project or simply chat.
• 1:1 AI learning sessions: paid one-hour video sessions on AI topics you choose.
• Projects and consulting: scoped individually in a written proposal, which takes precedence over these terms for that work.

Bookings

Sessions are booked through this website and confirmed by email. Please give accurate contact details; the meeting link and any updates are sent to the email you provide. Times are scheduled in India Standard Time (IST) and shown in your local time zone.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Learning sessions currently cost ₹199 per one-hour session. Payment is taken at the time of booking through Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking), and a paid booking is confirmed only once payment succeeds. I may change prices for future bookings; confirmed bookings keep their price.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds follow the cancellation & refund policy.

During sessions

Sessions are held online. They are not recorded unless we both agree. I may end a session early, without refund, in case of abusive or inappropriate behaviour.

Educational guidance only

Learning sessions and discovery calls are educational and advisory. I do my best to give accurate, useful guidance, but I can't guarantee specific results, and nothing shared is legal, financial or investment advice.

Intellectual property

Website content belongs to me. Materials I share during a session are for your personal use. Code, data and documents you bring remain yours.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any session is limited to the amount you paid for that session.

Privacy

How I handle your information is described in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
