Cancellation & refund policy

This policy covers sessions booked on www.prathamrana.com and operated by Pratham Rana, Noida, India. Project work is governed by its own written proposal.

Free business discovery calls

Discovery calls are free. You can cancel or reschedule at any time by replying to your confirmation email.

Paid 1:1 learning sessions (₹199 per hour)

• 24 hours or more before the session: cancel for a full refund, or reschedule for free.
• Less than 24 hours before: no refund, but you can reschedule once for free if you ask at least 2 hours before the start.
• No-show without notice: no refund.
• If I cancel or can't attend: you choose a full refund or a free reschedule.
• Technical problems on my side that prevent the session: free reschedule or full refund.
• Slot taken while your payment was processing: refunded automatically in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method (UPI, card or net banking). They usually reach you within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

How to cancel or request a refund

Reply to your booking confirmation, or email contact@prathamrana.com with your name, the session date and time, and your payment ID. I'll confirm within one business day.

Delivery of services

All sessions are delivered online by video call at the booked time. You receive a confirmation email with a calendar invite and the meeting link immediately after booking. Nothing is shipped physically.
